Visiting this website

This site has no customer account registration, record-upload form, payment form or advertising analytics added by NexaWave Apps. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser details and request times, to deliver and protect the website. Typography is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser also makes requests to Google when loading those fonts.

Contacting support

If you email or call us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to share. We use that information to handle your enquiry or support request. Email is handled through Gmail. Do not include passwords, OTPs, full card details or sensitive identity records in a support message.

Desktop application data

The current Card Studio Pro desktop application stores working records and designs locally. Visiting this website does not upload your desktop database, imported records or photographs. Any future online licensing or payment functionality will need its own applicable information before use.
